We want customers to get the most out of our software to make their recruitment process and everything that it impacts run as smoothly as possible. That's why we provide several support options as integral elements of our service.
The OTYS helpdesk consists of a team of dedicated support staff that will support you with all your user questions. The OTYS Support Desk provides support by telephone or through an online ticket system. You can contact the helpdesk at ((0900) 666 66 69 (€ 1 per call)).
All registered users can create a support ticket through the online system Whatever your questions, we are happy to help!
TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS
We want all users get the most out of the OTYS software. After all, good technology helps you become a better recruiter. Through our OTYS Academy, we organise regular training session and workshops to expand your skills with our software and recruitment. More information is available at the Academy website.
OTYS wants to share its knowledge. Not just about OTYS recruitment software, but also about innovative technologies from our partners. That's why we provide lectures on a regular basis with interesting guest speakers and workshops on business-specific issues. For example there is a monthly Walk-In Friday (WIF), where users can walk in and ask all their questions. How about joining a SCRUM Day, working within an interdisciplinary team for one day?
OTYS has established a closed group on LinkedIn where OTYS customers, employees and users can share their experiences, tips and tricks and ask questions about the system. Through this community, our users can be in contact with each other for open and honest knowledge exchange about OTYS and the recruitment business.
