The personal touch of Personato
The recruitment agency Personato was founded in 2002. The company, that has 30 employees, is wide orientated, says Loes Kessels, manager Finance & Control at Personato. 'At first we specifically aimed for the accountancy and financial sector. Later, we added the technical sector to that, and since two years we also place candidates in the sales, finance & control, logistics, office management, juridic and ICT sector'. Personato recruits for a wide variety of customers. 'We have all sorts of customers, from little to big, profit and non-profit'. Our target group are candidates with a college or academic degree, from starters to experienced candidates'. Personato only places candidates in permanent contracts. Personato has a very personal way of working because they invite each candidate for a personal interview. Personato places about 475 candidates a year.
No nonsense
For each recruitment agency, being found on the Internet is very important. This is no different for Personato, says Kessels. 'Since a couple of months we are being found much better, but I think there's certainly space for more growth.' Kessels keeps up with the number of website visitors. 'I check the amount of visitors on a daily basis. The past three months we had 20% more traffic. The OTYS system fits our way of working very well. It is no-nonsense and clarifying. 'Bespoke service'
Personato works with OTYS for one year now. 'The system we used before had databases for orders, vacancies and candidates. They weren't connected to each other. Our database was full when we had 20.000 candidates in our system and we had to think of a new solution. We chose for OTYS. Because it's not very common to do such a big conversion it became a daring implementation path. But the conversation succeeded. Kessels, who did an implementation project at her former employee, became the contact person for OTYS. 'OTYS is the guide for our working day. We use the most important modules like the Candidate Manager, the Vacancy Manager and the Mail Manager. Especially the connection between vacancies and candidates works very well, and the dossier is also very useful. These are the most important advantages for us. Previously, we always had to look everything back in the emails, which took a lot of time. We also use to rewrite the resumes in Word. That's not necessary anymore, OTYS does this automatically. That is faster, the resumes look better and the information is immediately stored in the right place in the backoffice. Besides that, you can also search very detailed for vacancies. That gives us the opportunity to deliver bespoke to the candidate, which fits our method very well.'
Personal approach
The strenght of Personato is the personal procedure. 'We are interested in more than just the resume of the candidate,' says Kessels. 'Because we have such a good connection with our customers, we find the right candidate for any job. That's were we're good at'. Personato isn't nationally but regionally orientated: the working area consists of Brabant, Limburg, Gelderland and Overijssel.
