OTYS nominated for the “Deloitte Fast 50 Award”

Rotterdam, September 23th 2009 – Today, Deloitte announced the top 50 fast-growing companies who will compete for the “Fast 50 Award”. OTYS Recruiting Technology is one of them!

During the gala, which will take place on October 29th 2009, they will announce the winner and hand out a final ranking list of the other 49 components. The special thing is, because this is the 10th anniversary of the “Fast 50 Award” they will also add Belgium concerns to the competition. The most nominated companies are internet companies, but also many software businesses will participate. Only OTYS is nominated in the Recruitment Technology branch.

Proud of growth

“When OTYS was founded in 2002 this was - without a doubt - an ambition, but that we now really belong to the top 50 fast-growing technology companies in The Netherlands and Belgium it is really an achievement we should be proud of” says Jorrit Blok, CEO and founder of OTYS. But OTYS is definitely not finished expanding. “For the coming year we expect a similar growth. With expansions abroad, new markets and an always changing economic situation, which only create more chances and possibilities, we still have a lot to do!

Criteria for participants

The “Technology Fast 50 competition” is accessible for Dutch and Belgium concerns. The conditions for participation are; a substantial part of the turnover has to come from own technology and in the “base year” the turnover has to add to a total of at least € 50.000. The growth percentage will be calculated by the sales increase over five years, divided by the turnover in the “base year”.
