We founded OTYS as a response to a need for effective process optimisation in the recruitment industry. Now in 2016, OTYS has more than 15 years of experience in developing innovative recruitment software, in addition to first-hand knowledge of recruitment for agencies and in-house recruiters alike. Since the establishment of our company in 2001, we have launched thousands of websites, products and tools for hundreds of satisfied customers.
